  It’s a deep, rich, leather with a waxy look and feel that oozes character. The colour improves with distress – scuffs wear off quickly and develop a beautiful patina over time.

  Always Waterproof

  Cougar treats all their leathers and suedes early in the tanning process, before the boot is assembled.

  The treatment permanently closes all the pores in the leather hides, which adds an extra layer of protection for your feet.

  This means that you don't have to add any waterproofing sprays or conditioners to the boot. In fact, we recommend you don't!

  Lug soles

  The outsole is made from thermo-plastic rubber molded with a lug sole pattern.

  The deep indentations and grooves provide added grip, and is often used in hiking boots.

  The rubber is finished to tonally match the colour of the leather upper.
